Το θέμα του σεμιναρίου ήταν: «Η σημασία της ενίσχυσης της εμπιστοσύνης στη διαμεσολάβηση»
Ο Σύνδεσμος Διαμεσολαβητών Κύπρου οργάνωσε με επιτυχία το διαδικτυακό σεμινάριο, «Η σημασία της ενίσχυσης της εμπιστοσύνης στη διαμεσολάβηση» στις 3 Δεκεμβρίου 2020, στις 17:00 μ.μ.-18:00 μ.μ. Το διαδικτυακό σεμινάριο φιλοξένησε η Infocredit Professional Education.
Το σεμινάριο με εισηγητή τον διεθνώς καταξιωμένο διαμεσολαβητή / διαπραγματευτή κύριο Willem Meuwissen, είχε ως στόχο την ανάδειξη του ρόλου της ορθής διαμεσολάβησης και τη σημασία της στις εμπορικές σχέσεις. Το διαδικτυακό σεμινάριο προσέλκυσε σημαντικό αριθμό επαγγελματιών από διάφορους κλάδους, όπου είχαν την ευκαιρία να ενισχύσουν τις δυνατότητες τους στη διαπραγμάτευση και διαμεσολάβηση. Οι συμμετέχοντες ενημερώθηκαν για πρακτικές που οδηγούν σε ένα ειρηνικό και προσοδοφόρο εργασιακό περιβάλλον κτίζοντας μακροχρόνιες συνεργασίες αμοιβαίου οφέλους.
Ο ομιλητής του διαδικτυακού σεμιναρίου κ. Willem Meuwissen, ειδικός στη διαπραγμάτευση και διαμεσολάβηση, είναι δικαστής του Εμπορικού Εταιρικού Δικαίου και ακινήτων. Είναι μόνιμο μέλος της Ομοσπονδιακής Επιτροπής Διαμεσολάβησης του Βελγίου και μέλος της Επιτροπής ADR της Flemish Bar Association. Είναι επίσης συγγραφέας πολλών δημοσιεύσεων που αφορούν το Εμπορικό Δίκαιο και τη Διαμεσολάβηση. Ο Willem Meuwissen διορίζεται τακτικά ως μεσολαβητής, τόσο από τα δικαστήρια όσο και από ιδιώτες σε σημαντικές εμπορικές και εργασιακές διαφορές.

Ο ΣΔΚ στοχεύει να είναι ένας ανεξάρτητος και ενθουσιώδης Σύνδεσμος, με τοπική και διεθνή παρουσία και αναγνώριση, που να διασφαλίζει την ποιοτική παροχή διαμεσολαβητικών υπηρεσιών, μέσω άριστα εκπαιδευμένων επαγγελματιών διαμεσολαβητών.
